Mouth-Blown Irregular Glass 280 ml

Mouth-blown. No two are the same shape.

Colour

Colour name
Amber
How the colour was made
Through-coloured

The colour is in the glass itself, not applied to its surface, so handling and dishwashing cannot wear it off.

Screens do not show glass accurately. These are photographs taken under stated light conditions, not a colour match — the object will look different again in your own room.

About this piece

This one is genuinely mouth-blown, which is why the wall wanders, the rim is never perfectly level and there are bubbles suspended in the glass. Those are characteristics of the process, not faults. Dimensions vary by up to 5% and the bubble pattern is different in every piece.

Care and safety

  • The rim is bare glass. No coating or paint sits within 20 mm of the lip.
  • Glass breaks. A chipped rim or a cracked base can cut — stop using the piece and wrap the pieces before discarding them.
  • Soda-lime glass. Do not pour boiling water into it.
  • Bubbles, small ripples in the wall and a slightly uneven rim are characteristics of mouth-blowing and are not grounds for complaint.
