Delivery and damage
Everything here is glass, which makes both the packing and the damage process worth reading before you order rather than after.

Where we deliver, and what it costs
| Destination | Delivery | After dispatch |
|---|---|---|
| Denmark | DKK 49 — free over DKK 600 | 1–3 working days |
| European Union | DKK 89 | 3–6 working days |
| Rest of Europe | DKK 149 | 5–10 working days |
Orders are dispatched in 1–2 working days of the order being placed. The delivery times above are in addition to that, and they are working days.
The exact countries we serve, by zone:
- Denmark. Denmark.
- European Union. Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Finland, Austria, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Czechia.
- Rest of Europe. Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Iceland.
We do not currently deliver outside these destinations. If yours is not listed, write to support@studioabout.shop and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.
Deliveries to Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Iceland may attract import duty and local tax on arrival. Those are payable by you on receipt and are not included in the price shown here.
How it is packed
Every order leaves in the same construction:
- Two layers of cushioning around each piece — an inner wrap in direct contact with the glass and an outer layer between it and the box wall.
- A separate compartment per piece. Nothing shares a cavity with anything else, so two glasses cannot meet in transit.
- A minimum 30 mm void fill on every face, including the base — the corner drop is what usually does the damage.
- Fragile marking on the outer box and on the carrier’s manifest.
This reduces breakage. It does not eliminate it, and we do not claim that any packing method is guaranteed not to break — parcels get dropped, and glass is glass. What we do instead is settle damage claims quickly.
Keep the packaging until you are sure you are keeping the order. You need it to return anything under the right of withdrawal.
If something arrives broken
Report transport damage within 7 days of delivery. Inside that window we can still make a claim against the carrier, which is why it matters.
Before you do anything else:
- Photograph the outer box — all sides, including any crush or puncture, and the label.
- Photograph the packing as you found it, before removing anything further.
- Photograph the damaged piece in place if you can do it safely.
- Do not unpack the rest of the order until you have those photographs.
Then email support@studioabout.shop with your order reference and the photographs, or call +45 29471635.
What happens next. We confirm within one working day. You get a replacement of the damaged piece, or a refund for it if you prefer or if it is no longer available. You do not pay anything, and in most cases you do not need to send the broken piece back — if we do need it, we arrange and pay for the return.
Handle broken glass carefully. Do not reach into a damaged box. Take the guidance on materials and safety before clearing anything up.
If it does not arrive
If tracking has not moved for five working days, or the delivery window has passed, contact us. We chase the carrier and, if the parcel is genuinely lost, we resend or refund. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself — our contract is with them, not you.
