For anything to do with your data, write to support@studioabout.shop or call +45 29471635. We are not required to appoint a data protection officer and have not done so; enquiries go to the address above.

We collect nothing beyond this. No profiling, no automated decision-making, no advertising identifiers, and no special category data. We never ask for a date of birth, an identity number or financial details.

We never see or store your card details. They are entered at the payment step and handled entirely by the payment provider configured for this shop.

• Order and invoice records — five years from the end of the financial year the order falls in, as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
• Form enquiries — 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted.
• Email update subscriptions — until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
• Your bag — in your own browser, until you clear it or clear your browser storage. It never reaches our servers unless you check out.

Only the parties who have to, and only what they need:

• Our hosting provider, which runs this site and its database within the EU.
• The payment provider configured for this shop, which handles the payment step. They receive what they need to take the payment; we receive confirmation, not your card details.
• The carrier delivering your order, which receives your name, address and phone number.
• Our accountant, for the bookkeeping records.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA. If that ever has to change, this page changes first.

The site is served over HTTPS throughout, including every form. Personal data is stored in an access-controlled database within the EU, reachable only by the people who need it to run the shop. Card data never touches our systems at all.

If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we notify the Danish Data Protection Agency within 72 hours and tell you directly where the law requires it.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Rectification — have anything wrong corrected.
• Erasure — have it deleted, except where bookkeeping law requires us to keep the order record.
• Restriction — have processing paused while a dispute is resolved.
• Portability — receive it in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, where consent was the basis. That does not affect what was done before you withdrew.

Write to support@studioabout.shop. We reply within one month and it costs you nothing.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet):
