Soda-lime — does not tolerate sudden temperature change

- Soda-lime glass. Do not pour boiling water into it and do not move it between hot and cold.

About this piece
A green glass cylinder that stands around a pillar candle and turns it into a column of coloured light. The shade shelters the flame from draughts; it does not make the object fireproof.
Care and safety
- For decoration only. Not intended for contact with food.
- Made for pillar candles up to 70 mm diameter. Leave at least 20 mm of clearance between the candle and the glass wall.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- The shade is heated directly by the flame and can crack. Do not relight it while it is still hot, do not move it with the candle lit, and let it cool fully before handling.
- Do not burn a candle down below 20 mm of remaining wax — a flame at the base concentrates heat on the glass.
- Keep it away from curtains and out of reach of children and animals.
